Neben einer gestiegenen Nachfrage kam es bei einigen Tr\u00e4gern zu einer Erweiterung des bisherigen digitalen Beratungsangebotes. So wurden beispielsweise Angebote f\u00fcr neue Zielgruppen geschaffen oder bestehende Tools der Plattformen erweitert. Besonders (quasi)-synchrone Angebote wie die Chatberatung weisen eine gestiegene Nachfrage auf.<br \/>\n<em>Methode:<\/em> Mithilfe von Suchstrings wurde im Juni 2021 eine Literaturrecherche \u00fcber Google, Google Scholar, FIS Education, SSOAR, PsyJournals und ERIC durchgef\u00fchrt. Dar\u00fcber hinaus wurden die Jahresberichte verschiedener Online-Beratungsplattformen aus den Jahren 2020 und 2021 gesichtet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schl\u00fcsselw\u00f6rter<br \/>\n<\/strong>Onlineberatung, Covid-19, Corona-Krise, Ver\u00e4nderungen, Literaturrecherche, digitale Angebote<\/p>\n<p><strong>Abstract<br \/>\n<\/strong>The following article offers an overview of the processes of change and restructuring in the online counseling landscape through Corona (COVID-19). In addition to risen demand, some providers expanded their existing counseling services by adding new target groups or online counseling tools.\u00a0 An increase in demand can be seen particularly for (quasi)-synchronous offerings such as chat counseling.<br \/>\n<em>Method:<\/em> In June 2021, a literature search was conducted using search strings on Google, Google Scholar, FIS Education, SSOAR, PsyJournals, and ERIC.
