Zusammenfassung
\n<\/strong>Kollegiale Beratung, ein Instrument der Organisations- und Personalentwicklung in der p\u00e4dagogischen und sozialen Arbeit, wird seit fast zwei Jahrzehnten auch online praktiziert. Die Beratungspraxis auf einer, metaphorisch als Tagungshaus verstandenen, Internet-Plattform wird kontinuierlich evaluiert. Ergebnisse und R\u00fcckmeldungen von fast 300\u00a0\u00a0 User: innen werden dargestellt und belegen den Nutzen dieser computervermittelten Kommunikation. Gerade weil diese textbasiert und asynchron erfolgt, erweist sie sich auch angesichts verbreiteter videobasierter Konferenzplattformen weiterhin als vorz\u00fcglich.
\nDie konzeptionellen Grundlagen dieses Online-Beratungs- und Tagungshauseses kokom.net resultieren in Gestaltungsoptionen der Anwender: innen, etwa beim Identit\u00e4tsmanagement, Entschleunigung der Kommunikation und Vertraulichkeit. Gezeigt wird, wie Fallberatungsgruppen und professionell geleitete Beratungsangebote didaktisch angemessen genutzt werden k\u00f6nnen.

Abstract
\n<\/strong>Peer to peer counseling, an instrument of organizational and personnel development in education and social work, has also been practiced online for almost two decades. The counseling practice using an Internet platform, understood metaphorically as a conference \u2018house\u2019, is continuously evaluated. Results and feedback from\u00a0 nearly 300 users are presented and prove the benefits of this computer-mediated communication. Precisely because this is text-based and asynchronous, it continues to prove excellent in view of the widespread video-based conference platforms.
\nThe conceptual foundations of this online counseling and conference \u2018house\u2019 kokom.net result in design options for the users, such as identity management, deceleration of communication and confidentiality. It is shown how peer to peer counseling groups and professionally managed counseling processes can be used didactically appropriately.
\nRooms for peer to peer counseling\u00a0 support the moderation of a group along the process steps of the psychoanalytically based guide. Conference rooms enable the management of the accompanying necessary communication.
