Ausgehend von \u00f6konomischen Logiken der digitalen Plattform\u00f6konomie wird versucht, auf die zugrunde gelegten theoretischen Konzepte r\u00fcckzuschlie\u00dfen. In einem Fallbeispiel werden dann zun\u00e4chst automatisierte Prozesse in Coachingprozessen, anschlie\u00dfend ein konkreter Chatbot anhand \u00f6ffentlich verf\u00fcgbar Quellen dargestellt. Im Ergebnis zeigen sich sowohl unterschiedliche, unreflektierte Bias als auch deutliche Verschiebungen in professionalisierten Dienstleistungen und Machtverh\u00e4ltnissen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"column\"><strong>Schl\u00fcsselw\u00f6rter<br \/>\n<\/strong>Automation; Chatbot; Large Language Model; Digitaler Kapitalismus<\/p>\n<p class=\"column\"><strong>Abstract<br \/>\n<\/strong>This article examines the development of an anthropomorphic chatbot from the perspective of professional theory and power criticism. Based on the economic logics of the digital platform economy, an attempt is made to draw conclusions about the underlying theoretical concepts. In a case study, first automated processes in coaching processes and then a specific chatbot are presented using publicly available sources.
